MARS Affiliate Terms of Service

The MARS Partner and Affiliate Program allows members to earn commission by referring new students to MARS courses. By participating in the program, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions specified on this page.

To maintain brand integrity and trust, all partners must adhere to strict promotional rules. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of any accrued commissions:

• No spamming: Referral links must not be shared via unsolicited bulk messaging, automated posts, or spam comments.
• No false promises: Partners must not guarantee job placements, internship opportunities, income figures, or client reviews.
• No fake income claims: Do not make unrealistic freelance earnings guarantees or promise guaranteed financial outcomes to attract sign-ups.
• No misleading advertising: Paid advertising using official MARS branding must not mislead users or copy official communication channels.
• No pretending to be official support: Always represent yourself clearly as an independent partner and never imply you represent MARS support.
• No brand bidding: You must not bid on search ads (e.g. Google Ads) using trademarked terms, including 'MARS', 'MARS course', or 'Marjan Ahmed'.

Commissions are earned only on verified paid enrollments. Free pre-enrollments or reservations do not generate commission. A verified enrollment is defined as a student completing their paid purchase and holding their membership active past the standard refund window. Any fraudulent or self-referral activity is strictly prohibited.

Referrals are tracked using browser cookies with a 90-day duration. If a referred user registers or reserves a spot within 90 days of clicking your link, and subsequently completes a paid enrollment, you will receive commission credit.

Eligible commissions are calculated and processed on a monthly cycle. Payouts are sent using our standard payment partners. All taxes and transfer fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.
